الحذف من داخل التطبيق

يمكنك حذف حسابك وبيانات الحساب المرتبطة به مباشرة من تطبيق روليو:

1. افتح الإعدادات.
2. انتقل إلى قسم الحساب.
3. اختر حذف الحساب وأكّد هويتك.

إذا لم يعد التطبيق مثبتًا لديك، أرسل الطلب من البريد المستخدم في حسابك:

سنؤكد استلام الطلب وننفذه خلال 30 يومًا بعد التحقق من ملكية الحساب.

تنبيه: حذف الحساب لا يلغي اشتراك App Store أو Google Play. ألغِ الاشتراك من إعدادات المتجر لإيقاف التجديد. القياسات والمشاريع المحفوظة محليًا لا تُرفع إلى خوادم روليو.

Delete your Rulio account

You can delete your account and its associated account data directly in Rulio:

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to the Account section.
3. Select Delete Account and confirm your identity.

If you no longer have the app installed, send the request from the email used for your account:

We will acknowledge the request and complete it within 30 days after verifying account ownership.

Important: Account deletion does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store settings to stop renewal. Measurements and projects stored locally on your device are not uploaded to Rulio servers.
